Refund Policy

SinoHosting.net offers a 15-day unconditional refund policy on all our hosting services. Domain names and servers are not covered by this policy.

If you are not satisfied by our services within the first fifteen days you can apply for a cancellation. This is done by directly emailing us at refunds @ sinohosting.net, with your invoice number, payment date, and bank/Paypal account to which to send the refund to.

Refunds beyond the 15-day period are not allowed. If we are unable to continue a service or there are continuous downtime, a refund can be provided for the unused portion of the initial plan.

Accounts cancelled or terminated by SinoHosting.net for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for a refund.

Refund will be issued by bank transfer or Paypal only. Any fees occurred at the bank or by Paypal while issuing the payment or refund will be at the expense of the client.
