Refund Policy

SinoHosting.net offers a 15-day unconditional refund policy on all our hosting services. Domain name registrations and servers are not covered by this policy.

If you are not satisfied by our services within the first seven days you can apply for a cancellation. You need to inform us by email (support@sinohosting.net), you will be sent a cancellation form that you will send back by email or by fax. Your payment will be refunded within 48 Hours of receiving your cancellation form

Refunds beyond the 15-day period are not allowed. If we are unable to continue a service or there are continuous downtime, a refund can be provided for the unused portion of the initial plan.

Accounts cancelled or terminated by SinoHosting.net for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for a refund.

Refund will be issued by bank transfer or Paypal only. Any fees occurred at the bank or by Paypal while issuing the payment or refund will be at the expense of the client.
